This Privacy Policy explains how Veltrix TV ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Veltrix TV application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

• Streaming credentials (server URL, username, and password) — provided by you to connect to your streaming service provider. These credentials are used solely for the purpose of logging you into your streaming service through the App.

We do not collect browsing history, viewing habits, device identifiers for advertising, or any other data beyond what is described above.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• To authenticate and log you into the App.
• To connect you to your chosen streaming service using the credentials you provide.
• To communicate with you about your account when necessary (e.g., password resets, important service updates).

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with any third parties. Your data is used only for the purposes stated in this policy.

Your Streaming credentials are transmitted directly between the App and your streaming service provider and are not shared with any other party.

Data Storage and Security

We take the security of your data seriously. Your personal information is stored using industry-standard security measures, including:

• Encrypted data storage.
• Secure transmission protocols (HTTPS/TLS).
• Access controls limiting who can view stored data.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. If you delete your account, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days.

Account Deletion and Your Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. You can do this by:

• Using the Delete Account feature within the App (found in Settings).
• Contacting our support team directly (see contact details below).

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
